WARNING: If you have any geo filtering set up for your channel via our managed services for your channel, this tool will not let you modify any geo filtering setting! This is intentional. Please contact support in this case.

  • If you open the Geographic filtering menu on your dashboard, you can either blacklist or whitelist countries. You can only enable countries on a self-serve basis as of today. No finer grained control is available through our dashboard.

  • NOTE: If your business requires a finer grained filtering, it is available via our Managed Services offering. Please contact our sales team to learn more. 

  • Once you selected “Prevent….” (blacklist) or “Enable…” (whitelist), start searching and selecting the countries you want to apply the rule. Selecting a country add it to the list. You can select multiple countries this way.

  • If you would like to remove a country, click on the “X” next to it

  • Don’t forget to save your changes!

  • Settings changes should apply within a minute. If you have a broadcast running, you need to restart it for the changes to take effect.
